About Me

Hi! I’m Tiffany Wu, a multidisciplinary creative. I care about bringing authenticity and joy to the stories I tell.

Currently,

I’m a designer, illustrator, and small business owner focused on developing my stationery product line. My design practice started from an urge to fill a gap in the consumer market for more lighthearted, yet meaningful greeting cards and gift items. Since then I always aim to bring authenticity and life to the stories I tell in thoughtful ways through my art.

In 2019, I transitioned to focus on my art and growing the wholesale business. Since 2016, you can find my greeting cards and stationery at stores like Paper Source, Urban Outfitters, Queens Museum, and more! My cards have been featured on pop outlets like BuzzFeed, Good Housekeeping, Pop Sugar, and Time Out.

My endeavors are always evolving and I’m learning to embrace the multitudes of being a creative human (yay).

Previously,

I graduated from Parsons School of Design with a BFA in Design + Technology in 2011, where I studied Interaction Design. My professional work focused on front end web development as a way of bridging my love for code + design. When transitioning to freelance I focused on working alongside small businesses and individuals implementing detailed, yet impactful changes tailored to their budgets and needs.

In 2013, I started designing and selling stationery products as a hobby, which led me to work in the gift industry. I managed accounts for national and international retailers, coordinated in house production and logistics of stationery and gift product categories for two New York City based small businesses.

I reside in Queens, NY. My cat’s name is Lyra. I am Hakka Chinese. I enjoy reading, plants, and getting to spend time with the people I love.
